Privacy Statement
Clocktrader has established its Privacy Policy in respect of the confidence its clientele places in it and in conformity with high standards of data protection to which we are committed.
We undertake to use your information only for the administration of your payment to us.
We will only contact you if there is a hick-up with your payment or advertisement. In such a case we will clearly identify ourselves and we will not ask you for any personal details already given to us by yourself.
There are no circumstances where your information will be passed on to a third party. This obviously excludes the information you share in your ad to attract buyers and swoppers.
Note to children
Children who are under age (minors), especially those under the age of 13, should not send any information about themselves or their friends and should not register for any of Clocktrader's on-line services. Should we discover or be informed that a child has registered his/her or another child's personal details, we will delete such information from our records. No placement or advertising fees will be reimbursed.
Note to parents
Clocktrader will not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under age. If you, as a parent or legal guardian are concerned that your child has registered for one of our services and you wish to cancel your child's registration and have all details deleted, please contact us by e-mail: admin@clocktrader.co.za.
